A Local order, No. 188 Magisterial Docket 1, reestablished the Magisterial Districts in Forest County, eliminating
one of two magistrate judge positions,and at that same time designating the Marienville Court (37-4-03) as the main court
and Tionesta Court (3-4-93) a satellite court. This order was issued before the State Correctional Facility was in operation
in Marienville. The workload and the location of the offices in opposite ends of the County requires that the magistrate travels
between the two offices

covers the following townships: Jenks, Howe, Barnett, Green and Kingsley.
The Tionesta Office Covers:
Tionesta Borough, Tionesta Township, and the townships of Harmony, and Hickory
